Chaque année à la même époque, je ressors la recette ultra simple des amarettis (un lien pour vous dans la colonne de droite). Aussi la couronne fraîche de l'Avent a enfin repris sa place sur la porte d'entrée.
Every year at the same time I dig out the ever so simple recipe for amarettis (link for you in the right column). Also the fresh Advent wreath has found its place on the front door again.

Patron des guêtres chinées au crochet 12/24 mois

Taille 12/24 mois
1X50g pelote de laine rouge (4ply), 1X50g pelote de laine blanc cassé (4ply)
Crochets n°4 et n°5
Tension: rangs 1 à 8 = 5cm, choisir les crochets pour obtenir la bonne tension.
Crocheter les deux fils en même temps.

Faire deux carrés de 20X20cm.

Monter 38 mailles chaînette avec le crochet n°5 
Rang 1: avec le crochet n°4: 1ms (maille serrée) dans la 2nd m (maille) de montage, 1ms dans chacune des 7m suivantes , avec le crochet n°5: *1ms dans la prochaine m, 1b (bride) dans la m suivante*, répéter de * à * dans chacune des 14m suivantes, 1 ms dans la m suivante, avec le crochet n°4: 1ms dans chacune des 12m suivantes. 

Rang 2: avec le crochet n°4: 1ml (maille en l'air) pour tourner, 1ms dans chacune des 12m suivantes en piquant le crochet sous le brin arrière de chaque m (point de côtes haut du mollet), avec le crochet n°5: *1b dans la prochaine m, 1ms dans la m suivante*, répéter de * à * dans chacune des 14m suivantes, 1b dans la m suivante,  avec le crochet n°4: 1ms (sous brin arrière) dans chacune des 8m suivantes (point de côtes cheville). 

Rang 3: avec le crochet n°4: 1ml pour tourner, 1ms (sous brin arrière) dans chacune des 8m suivantes, avec crochet n°5: *1ms dans la prochaine m, 1b dans la m suivante*, répéter de * à * dans chacune des 14m suivantes, 1ms dans la m suivante, avec crochet n°4: 1ms (sous brin arrière) dans chacune des 12m suivantes. 

Répéter les rangs 2 et 3 en alternance, 16 fois, (32 rangs au total), ou jusqu'à une longueur de 20cm.   Terminer par 1mc (maille coulée) dans la dernière m, couper les fils en laissant une longueur de 1,25m pour l'assemblage. Assembler en mc sur l'envers. Rentrer les fils. Retourner.

Crocheted toddler chiné leg warmers pattern

Leg warmers pattern
Size 12 to 24 months
1x50g ball of red 4ply wool 1x50g ball of off-white 4ply wool
Hooks 4 and 5mm Tension: row 1-8=5cm. Use any sizes hooks to obtain right tension.
Work both threads together.

Make two squares of 20X20cm.

Start with 38ch with hook 5.
Foundation row: with hook 4: work 1dc (double crochet) into 2nd ch from hook, 1dc in each of the next 7ch, with hook 5: work *1tr (treble) into next ch, 1dc into next ch* rep (repeat) from *to* into each of the next 14ch, 1tr into next ch, with hook 4: work 1dc into each of the next 12ch, turn.

Row 1: with hook 4: work 1 turning ch, 1dc into back loop only of each of the next 12dc (rib sts for top of calf), with hook 5: work 1dc into first tr, 1tr into next dc, *1dc into next tr, 1tr into next dc* rep from*to* into each of the next 12sts, 1dc into next tr, with hook 4: work 1dc into back loop only of each of the next 8dc (rib sts for ankle), turn. 

Row 2: with hook 4: work 1 turning ch, 1dc into back loop only of the next 8dc, with hook 5: work 1tr into first dc, 1dc into next tr, *1tr into next dc, 1dc into next tr* rep from*to* into each of the next 12sts, 1tr into next dc, with hook 4: work 1dc into back loop only of the next 12dc, turn.

Repeat row 1 + row 2, 16 times (32 rows in all) until 20cm long.
Fasten off leaving a tail of about 1.25m. Sl st (slip stitch) together to make up on the inside.
Weave in ends. Turn inside out.

Pompons à la fourche Garden fork pompoms

Des envies de gros pompons, de la fourchette je suis donc passée à l'échelle supérieure avec une fourche. Puis plutôt que d'y laisser mon stock de laine j'ai fait des pelotes en sacs plastique.
I felt like making big pompoms so I swaped the table fork for the garden one. Also instead of using the whole of my stock of wool I made my own balls with plastic bags.

Enfin prête pour le compte à rebours, bienvenue au mois de décembre! J'attendrai ce soir pour remplir le tout.
