Croquants/Crunchy biscuits

Croquants...pour chiens (recette de Jenny):
Recette à réaliser avec fenêtres grandes ouvertes!

Ingrédients:
850g de foie de porc
1 bulbe entier d'ail
3 oeufs
425g de farine

Mixer tous les ingrédients.
Etaler dans moule à tarte/pizza en une couche de 1cm.
Cuire pdt 30min (180-200°C). Couper des cubes pendant que le mélange est encore moelleux. Cuire à nouveau pdt 30min pour obtenir des biscuits bruns et croquants.
Les croquants se conservent longtemps en pots hermétiques.

Dogs' biscuits (Jenny's recipe):
Open windows wide!

Ingredients:
2lbs pig's liver
1 whole garlic bulb
3 eggs
14-16 oz flour

Blend all ingredients together.
Put into baking tray and even out to a quarter inch thickness.
Bake for 30min (180-200°C) cut into cubs while still softish. Then bake for another 30min until brown and crunchy.
The biscuits can be kept for ages into air tight jars.

Compte tenu de leur concentration élevée en ail, ces biscuits sont à apprécier avec parcimonie!

Because of the high level of garlic, these biscuits should only be given in small quantities at a time, as a treat!
